Project Safe From Exploitation (SaFE) is applying for Year 3 (2022-2023) for the HTYPE Demonstration Grant. Project SaFE consists of a consortium of 24 school districts and 11 charter schools committed to actively protecting students from human trafficking and other forms of violence, exploitation and victimization. Project SaFE is supported by a leadership team from the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE). Other partners on the leadership team include staff from Global Communities, lived experience experts, service providers, law enforcement and other key community stakeholders.
