Health Education and Relationship Training Services-High School (HEARTS-H) Project - HEARTS-H provides Love Notes SRA EBP, an evidence-based curriculum designed to prevent teen pregnancy, HIV/STIs for 400 Black American youth ages 14-18 in two high risk areas of Florida. These areas are Tampa in Hillsborough County, and South St. Petersburg in Pinellas County. The curriculum is delivered by facilitators hired from the community they serve. It is a community-based program delivered in community black churches, recreation centers, and other non-profit agency settings. It is a "camp" setting with youth attending on two consecutive Saturdays for 6 hours each day until they receive 12 hours of curriculum.
