The New Hampshire Office of Health Equity will partner with NHDHHS, the NH Employment Program (TANF), Ascentria Community Services and the International Institute of New England to deliver a 4 -year Wilson-Fish TANF Coordination Project. The Project will: design and implement population-specific foundational case management and customized economic support service that address TANF-eligible refugees' needs and service gaps; develop new employer relationships and career pathways for TANF-eligible and TANF-type refugees; household efficacy, persistence and success through goal development, coaching and remote case management services; facilitate career exploration, pursuit of advancement in specific careers and strengthen refugees' knowledge of budgets, savings, credit, and and debt to help refugees save.
