Project will assist the Tribe in its efforts to develop a regulatory system and enhance its governmental capacity through: enhance governmental infrastructure by conducting a Secretarial election to amend the Tribe's Constitution; finalize existing draft ordinances, develop0 additional priority ordinances, establish a secure records retention system and a codification system; update essential administrative systems by revising personnel policies and developing an effective Council fiscal oversight system; and conduct governance training and a participatory governance education program which includes on-site training for the Tribal Council and staff.
