Assist the Aging Network to help Racial and ethnic minority seniors understand and access intervention services afforded by the ACA and to partner with other racial and ethnic minority aging organizations on consortium objectives. Collaborate with the National Aging Resource Consortium on Racial and Ethnic Minority Seniors (¿Consortium¿), AOA, and the Aging Network to implement stratagems that reduce or eliminate access barriers; assist the network to deliver multi-ethnic, literacy sensitive communications tools that promote effective dialogue and coordination of care between seniors and their caregivers; and offer interested parties resources and replicable best practices that enable healthy living across age.
