The San Diego County Department of Child Support (SDDCSS) Parenting Time Opportunity for Children (PTOC) project will provide parents with information and assistance in obtaining parenting time orders in conjunction with the establishment of child support orders in their child support cases. The overarching goal is to help foster positive family relationships and consistent child support payments to strengthen the emotional and financial well-being of the children and families in the Title IV-D Child Support system. This project will be available for parents who live in the County of San Diego with open Title IV-D child support cases with the SDDCSS. It will address the basic needs of parents and children in having positive, consistent, and reliable relationships and financial support. Parents who have existing child support, custody, or visitation orders will not be included in this project.
