Omnia Wood Products - <p><span>Impact Seven, Inc. will use $800,000 in CED funds to expand Omnia Wood Products, LLC, a grill and smoker wood pellets manufacturer in Marinette County, Wisconsin. CED funds will be used to provide a loan for the acquisition of assets of a competitor, purchasing equipment, and the construction of a manufacturing building. Omnia Wood Products will grow its staff to align with the increased business capacity and growing demand for their products. Impact Seven will partner with Forward Service Corporation, a TANF agency, to refer income-eligible individuals and provide services to reduce applicants’ barriers to employment, as well as ongoing supportive services to ensure that employees are able to retain their positions and achieve economic self-sufficiency. Wraparound services include transportation assistance, career counseling, essential skills training and child support partnerships. The project will leverage an additional $4,076,608. This project will create 27 new jobs, 20 of which will be filled by individuals with low incomes.</span></p>
