(MATRIA) will support the start-up and development of the Micro-Franchises Businesses for Women under the Trade Name “The Arepa Chic: Pasionarias (Arepa Bar)” in Puerto Rico. The project includes the production and sale of arepas, a traditional food in Puerto Rico, in the primary site as well as in mobile units located at strategic points.
