This program aims to "create a village" for families in rural counties of Missouri who are struggling with substance abuse issues and are involved in the child welfare system - Award to fund the CPR of the Ozarks, RPG: Creating a Village project. The purpose of this program is to support interagency collaborations and integration of programs, services, and activities designed to increase the well-being, improve permanency, and enhance safety of children who are in, or at risk of, out-of-home placement as a result of a parent’s or caregiver’s substance use.
