Will target over a 3-year period 3,350 students, grades 5-10 to attend the Young Leaders of Distinction -YouLEAD Programs in schools & community centers in Dallas, Tarrant and other Counties in TX. - FLON will target students, grades 5-10 to attend the Young Leaders of Distinction -YouLEAD Programs in schools and community centers in Dallas, Tarrant and other Counties in TX. Due to the schools focused on making sure their students academic grades are increased after being out of schools for over a year, FLON is now proposing to teach 3,350 to 3,500 students. Students will be taught the proposed curriculums (Project A.I.M., Choosing the Best Way and CTB Journey. All six adult preparation subjects will be taught. All six Adult Preparation Subjects (APS) will be addressed. To implement APS - Educational & Career Success, FLON has developed a new innovative approach to encourage more students who have not made a decision about the career or job they will pursue, FLON is utilizing educational virtual reality (E-VR) Technology, specifically Oculus Quest 2. Students will be fully engaged in hands on immersive experience of career pathway occupations that are real life simulations seen through the lens of Virtual Reality technology.
