The STOP Act Grant will focus on the prevention of underage drinking by youth age 12-20 in our catchment area of Tacoma, Washington. The grant will use the SAMHSA's Strategic Prevention Framework (Needs Assessment, Capacity Building, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation) and the CADCA's Seven Strategies for Community Change (Providing Information, Enhancing Skills, Providing Support, Enhancing Access, Changing Consequences, Changing the Physical Design, and Modifying/Changing Policies.
