The Chemehuevi Indian Tribe is applying for the Indian Health Service funding available for the Tribal Management Grant, Feasibility Study to explore the options for assuming Programs, Services, Functions, and Activities (PSFAs) or portions which will give the Tribe the authority to manage health care programs that best fit the needs of the Tribal Members and Community.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
