The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Health Services is committed to providing the highest standards of care regarding suicide prevention, intervention and postvention. We want to improve our current system of suicide care by utilizing the Zero Suicide Model which is a system-wide approach to improving care for those at risk of suicide. This model will help us raise awareness about suicide, establish integrated and collaborative systems of care within and outside of our health services, and ultimately, improve outcomes and reduce the incidences of suicide in the community of Akwesasne.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
