The RPIC Lead will continue working with states within the region (NM, LA, TX, OK, & Ark.) to meet the 4 major goals set by OCS. The 4 Major Goals include: Goal 1-Maximize and align HCCT RPIC T/TA resources and coordinate regional T/TA Plans, Goal 2-Identify and highlight capacity building practices for State CSBG Lead Agencies, State Associations, and CSBG-eligible entities to share and promote cross-learning throughout identified region, Goal 3-Organize, implement, and participate in national or regional T/TA activities designed to address the collaboration, capacity building, and exemplary practice needs of the CSBG Network to support the full implementation of the CSBG HCCT, and Goal 4-Help State CSBG Lead Agencies and local CSBG-eligible entities implement, meet and exceed organizational standards. The RPIC has been and will continue to use Year 1 FY 2020 for planning HCCT deliverables/action steps. The RPIC Lead and COE has collaborated and established the HCCT Steering Committee. The RPIC Lead and COE will also be working together to re-launch the CSBG Working Group. The HCCT Steering Committee met on March 26, 2020. With the start of the committee, the region should begin to identify criteria for highlighted HCCT Initiatives. In Year 2, the RPIC will develop and disseminate tools and resources as well as build network capacity for HCCT work. In Year 3 FY 2022, RPIC Lead will continue dissemination of tools and resources and promote promising practices as well as support replication. RPIC will also, continue to hold monthly teleconferences with the regions State Associations, National Partners, and CSBG Lead Offices to share important information. RPIC Lead has and will continue to disseminate information and provide network with Dear Colleague Letters from OCS. COVID 19 may impact some in person meetings, but RPIC Lead will do its best to ensure information is shared throughout the network.
