TAGGS Help & StatusThis Help & Status options currently include viewing the TAGGS Data Dictionary and viewing the TAGGS Submission Status Reports (TSSRs). A TAGGS Database Users Tutorial and a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) site are currently under development. TAGGS Data Dictionary TAGGS Submission Status Reports (TSSRs) The TAGGS database is populated with HHS grant award data from its Operating and Staff Divisions (OPDIVs). OPDIVs generally submit grant award data to TAGGS on a monthly basis*. The TAGGS project team validates and loads the submitted data for publishing to the public via the TAGGS web site. TSSRS are important to the system users because they show the timeliness of the data within the system and reports. The TSSRs report the data transmission and loading status for each OPDIV and shows the last date for which the OPDIV(s) data was transmitted and loaded. Knowing this allows users to identify how current an OPDIV’s data is in TAGGS, and thus help determine the overall timeliness of reports generated by TAGGS. The TSSRs may be viewed by the Current Data Submission Status, individual OPDIV, or all OPDIVs in matrix format. Users requesting TAGGS data reports may wish to review one or more of these TSSR tables to ensure an OPDIV(s) grant award information is accurately reflected in TAGGS for the period of time covered by a report resulting from the user’s query. NOTE: Reports resulting from user queries are “snapshots in time” and the same user query requested at a later date could return different results. This is largely due to an OPDIV re-transmitting data to TAGGS to update its award activity during a previous period. * The following OPDIVs or OPDIV components do not submit generally on a monthly basis:
