This project focuses on offering support, information and education, including discussing autopsy to all those who turn to us for help. We evaluate each project through our statistics, staff input and analysis, evaluations, volume of Helpline contacts, mailings, conference attendees, autopsy referrals and website hits. The CJD Foundation staff consists of five full time and one part time paid staff members and many devoted volunteers who assist whenever needed. The Board of Directors, whose members consist of dedicated professionals, family members, and community volunteers from all over the US, are committed to carrying out the mission and goals of the CJD Foundation and meet quarterly and more often if necessary. Board members actively participate in committees and regularly meet by teleconference.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
