The Graham County Substance Abuse Coalition will utilize DFC funds to implement activities that build collaboration across our community and reduce substance use among Graham County youth. Target substances include alcohol, marijuana, prescription drugs and e-cigarettes. Objectives include reducing youth access and increasing the perceived risks of the target substances and will be achieved through a comprehensive set of strategies reflecting the Seven Strategies for Commiunity Level Change. The project will serve youth in grades 4-12, with a special emphasis on serving youth in our tribal community.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
