Appendix D. HHS Executive Committee on Grants Administration Policy Membership List
The HHS Executive Committee on Grants Administration Policy (ECGAP) is the Department's primary, executive‑level, information‑exchange forum on Grants Management. It is chaired by the Director, Office of Grants, OS/ASAM. ASAM oversees the functional business management, namely grants management, of HHS grant programs. ECGAP meetings cover government‑wide, Departmental, and OPDIV‑specific grants‑related policies and initiatives affecting the management of grant programs. The ECGAP membership, listed below, consists of the Grants Management Executives from all HHS grant-making OPDIV and representatives from other related HHS offices. Alternate members are denoted by an asterisk (*).
